It’s simple. Your monthly subscription automatically renews each month. Every 30 days, your credit card is charged and your multivitamins are shipped just a few days later. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes. We allow subscription pauses and will gladly help you with it. Please contact our Support team from your My Account page before your next shipment date to avoid unwanted delivery.

You can reactivate your subscription by reaching out to our Support team from your My Account page. Please note that just as when you placed your very first order, the first shipment for reactivated subscriptions arrives about 9 – 13 business days after payment. Subsequent renewal orders arrive about 4 – 8 business days after payment.

We recommend choosing a specific meal with which to take your multivitamins, as this helps people get into a routine of daily consumption. This method also allows the nutrients from your food and multivitamins to interact. But don’t sweat it if a mealtime doesn’t work for you. Just find the time that works best for you.

Your smart multivitamins are calibrated to optimize your total daily intake of micronutrients. Unless directed by your healthcare provider for enhanced intake, we do not recommend stacking other vitamin/mineral supplements. Non-vitamin/mineral supplements are generally okay.

Our algorithm allows us to calculate your habitual nutrient intake by identifying the patterns in your diet. This method dramatically reduces the amount of dietary intake data required to make the calculations. Please visit Our Method page to learn more about our diet analysis.

Yes. We use 100% vegan ingredients to formulate your multivitamins.

Absolutely. We do not use any genetically modified organisms in our formulas.

We use organic ingredients where possible. However, certain ingredients required to formulate our multivitamins are not available as organic ingredients. But rest assured that we test all of our ingredients (organic or not) for pesticides and heavy metals. And our formulas never contain artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors. Additionally, we only formulate with non-GMO ingredients.

We produce and package your vitamins right here in 🌞 California.

We aim to provide you with all major micronutrients while using whole foods and natural-form nutrients. Unfortunately, it is impossible to achieve these two goals simultaneously with a single pill. Critical nutrients such as calcium and magnesium would have to be left out if we were to do so.

The multivitamin is a foundational supplement. More people would benefit from taking it than any other supplement. So, today, we are focused on providing the best multivitamin in the world.

There are no FDA-approved dietary supplements. Unlike pharmaceuticals, nutritional supplements are not reviewed and approved by the FDA. However, the FDA prohibits and takes action against supplement manufacturers and distributors that market adulterated or misbranded products.

Our packets are made with PET, the same plastic used for bottled drinks and microwavable food containers. PET is food-safe and BPA-free. Our packets use 70-80% less plastic than conventional pill bottles.
