Somavera (“Somavera,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a fictitious business name of Nutrean, LLC (“Nutrean”). All products sold through this website are provided by Nutrean, LLC doing business as Somavera.
Because Somavera products are personalized based on the dietary information you provide, all sales are considered final. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final (Personalized Subscription Products)
Somavera subscriptions deliver personalized formulations based explicitly on your individual dietary inputs. For this reason, Somavera does not accept returns and does not issue refunds for personalized supplement orders, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments.
This applies to:

First subscription shipments

Recurring subscription shipments

All personalized formulations created by the Somavera system
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@somavera.com.
Please include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, partial credit, or refund. Resolution is provided at the discretion of Nutrean, LLC (d/b/a Somavera).
3. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff

Confirm delivery details with the carrier

Contact us at help@somavera.com for assistance
We may help file a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee replacement for lost or stolen packages.
4. Subscription Orders
All subscription renewals are final once processed.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle:

You must cancel, skip, or pause your subscription before the upcoming billing date

Billing statements will show charges from “Somavera”
Once a renewal is processed, it cannot be refunded.
5. Order Changes or Cancellations
After an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.
If you need to update your shipping address or adjust your subscription, please do so before your next billing date.
6. Unauthorized Returns
Somavera cannot accept returns sent to us without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for replacement, credit, or refund.
