Welcome to Somavera (“Somavera,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a fictitious business name of Nutrean, LLC (“Nutrean”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or purchasing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, subscribers, and contributors of content.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Billing statements will show charges from “Somavera.”

4. Billing and Payments

We accept major credit cards and any payment method displayed at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Nutrean, LLC (d/b/a Somavera) to charge your selected payment method for:

  • the cost of products

  • subscription renewals

  • shipping fees (if applicable)

  • taxes

If payment is unsuccessful, we may retry or contact you for updated billing information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to you.

Please verify your shipping address; reshipments caused by incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because Somavera products are personalized based on your dietary inputs, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at help@somavera.com within 7 days of delivery. We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.
